Last week my class made bread to thank the custodial/cafeteria staff. We made the dough for the bread and let it sit in the fridge overnight. We came in the next day and added the rest of the ingredients. We punched the dough to activate the yeast, then rolled it into a loaf and stuck it in the oven. Always eat bread fresh!

Last week my class made chili for a district MACC tournament held at our school. We prepared the chili the day of the tournament so it would be fresh for our guests. The beef chili was really popular, everyone had a bowl of chili. My class did really well with preparing this meal in such a short class.
